C.D. Jackson Construction LLC is a full-service contractor and construction Limited Liability Company (filed 2020). C.D. Jackson Construction was first founded by Chris Jackson (a veteran of the US Armed Forces) in 2015 in Allen, Texas. Over the years, we have expanded our territory to cover the entire United States of America. Our leadership and technicians are fully qualified and have many years of experience. Our project managers are very detailed and will be with you through to the successful completion of your project. Our technicians are friendly, clean, reliable, trustworthy and focused on great customer service and experience.

BUILD

C.D. Jackson Construction LLC provides construction services to civil, commercial and residential customers:

The build workstream focuses primarily on NEW construction for large, complex projects on government, commercial or residential properties. New construction projects contain elements of architecture, engineering, structural elements as well as Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components, and typically require well planned logistics, plans and blueprints and/or other drawings created by an architect and/or engineer. These projects have strict guidelines to follow to comply with local and state regulation and licensing. Local government and regulatory committees have strict permitting requirements. The projects are typically larger and more complex requiring a project manager and multiple teams, a general contractor and one or more subcontractors. We may serve as the overall general contractor or may serve as a subcontractors with focus on one or more aspects of the project.

RENOVATE

The renovation workstream, which may also be referred to as “build”, focuses primarily on EXISTING structures that are large, complex projects on government, commercial or residential properties. The larger projects contain elements of structural concrete, wood or metal framing, HVAC, plumbing, data and electrical components, and typically require larger logistical components, plans and blueprints and/or other drawings created by an architect and/or engineer. These projects have strict guidelines to follow to comply with local and state regulation and licensing. Local government and regulatory committees have strict permitting requirements. The projects are typically larger and more complex requiring a project manager and multiple teams, a general contractor and one or more subcontractors. We may serve as the overall general contractor or may serve as a subcontractor with focus on one or more aspects of the project.

REPAIR

The repair workstream involves maintenance and repair work utilizing work orders and a small team of one or more people. Work orders may include concrete curbs, streets and sidewalks. They may also include drywall repair, partition walls, facilities maintenance such as in bathrooms and kitchens. Small maintenance projects include upgrading or updating HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical in public buildings or facilities.
